Halloween night is nigh, and if you're anything like us, you've likely left your Halloween costume very last minute. We're about to let you in on a secret — Halloween stickers! All the busy babes are currently scrambling to put something together that will look like you've at least made an effort, and we've found the solution to all your spooky szn woes. 

Although we can already read the scepticism seeping through, these Claire's Halloween face stickers are nothing to scoff over. They may not be the most intricate and bespoke works of art when it comes to Halloween makeup, but they're magic in terms of saving cost and time. 

The fun mix of gemstones, temporary face tattoos and glittery decals comes in several designs, including skulls, devils, and jesters. Some are pre-set to the contours of your face; others give you room to be flexible and customise your spooky look as you please. But one thing they all have in common is that they'll have you glammed up in a few minutes. The main aim is to give you easy application, epic results and an even easier removal process. I'm a lazy Halloweener. By that I mean I'm a sucker for minimal effort and maximum results, which is often hard to achieve. These Claire's Halloween Stickers made it oh-so-easy, though. Not only are they at a great price point, but they also look the part and transformed my entire Halloween costume in mere minutes. 

I paired the stickers with some hair gems, and I was out the door. When it came to the removal, it was such a joy knowing I wouldn't have to scrub paint off my face to the bone. Their staying power is magical, but they still peel off comfortably when the night is over. It's quick, neat and complimentary. My only switch would be having the decal contour the eye slightly wider, so it doesn't hug my eye so closely. All in all, I'm probably going to be sticking with these for many Halloweens to come. No tricks here, only treats.

I love a minimal-effort look with maximalist impact, and this does exactly that. If you'd rather spend more time lapping up pre-drinks and less time crafting a masterpiece makeup look, get yourself some stickers. This took approximately two minutes to stick on top of my existing makeup, although I'd probably pair it with a dark smokey eye or black liquid lipstick if I were going out-out in it. Either way, it's so easy.

In a surprising turn of events, I found out that these Claire's Face Stickers are exactly what I needed to seal the deal on my Halloween costume this year. They were super easy to apply and even easier to remove. Plus, as an oily skin girl, I felt confident that with their hefty adhesive power, the stickers wouldn't slide off throughout the night. 

I will say, though, the eye stickers were a bit difficult to manoeuvre around my eye's natural shape, so I would love to see a bit more flexibility in the eye contour area. All in all, as someone who doesn't feel confident in creative Halloween makeup, this is a really great way to just look great in less than five minutes!

There’s nothing quite as classic as the skeleton look. But not everyone is skilled enough to sketch out their bone structure, and before you know it, it’s a hot mess (or, you know, it can take hours to achieve an impressive result). I love nothing more than an easy, fun way to do the same, without the stress, and that’s exactly what these Claire’s stickers are for. 

As someone who’s always played around with face stickers, I couldn’t be more excited to try them out. They were so easy to manoeuvre and place. I enjoyed how versatile you can be with them too, and just because they’re stickers, it doesn’t mean that the creativity is automatically out the window. I decided to cut a few of them up to best match my face shape and simply place them randomly around the face. The best part? The adhesive is pretty impressive, and they can stay on comfortably for a couple of hours. Though the mouth part can be a bit tricky, even if it comes off, you can always add to it with the help of your trusty eyeliner.

If you don't have the time to spend on a full face of spooky season makeup but you still want to make an impact, these Halloween face stickers are a great option. They're excellent value for money and give you glamorous skeleton vibes without the hassle of applying – and then trying to remove – face paint.  All I would say, though, is that you have to be mindful of the skincare and makeup you wear underneath. 

When I first tried the stickers, I laid them down on oil-based products, and they soon started to slip down my face. So I switched to a water-based serum and foundation, applied a little setting powder over the top, and everything stayed put for hours except the little nose sticker. Also worth noting is that unless you don't want to speak to anyone or have a drink all night, you may want to cut out a section in the middle of the mouth sticker."
