McGowan called out Streep on Sunday for working with producer Harvey Weinstein despite his reputation as a sexual predator and condemned their form of protest. Her since-deleted tweet said, “Actresses, like Meryl Streep, who happily worked for The Pig Monster, are wearing black @goldenglobes in a silent protest.
